These baked, not fried tasty meatballs are lean and packed with spinach. It’s a great way to add more veggies to your diet.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 lb lean ground beef
5 ounces (142 grams) baby spinach, chopped
1/4 red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Mix all the ingredients together and form into meatballs, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
