Liquid smoke adds depth and flavour to this barbeque sauce. You won’t believe how easy it is to make this date sweetened sauce and with the added benefits of it being gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free, it’s a more healthier option.


1 cup Date Sweetened Ketchup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
4 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
2 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp liquid smoke
2 tbsp date paste
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and process to mix together. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
