This quick, easy, refined sugar free, date sweetened tomato ketchup tastes great. Making your own ketchup is so easy and it ensures that you won’t be eating anything but healthy sweeteners and ingredients.


1 1/2 cups or 398 ml can tomato sauce
1/2 cup date paste
2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and process to mix together. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze to use later.
