A dish that’s worthy to serve at any holiday table. A Brussels sprouts recipe that will have your guests going back for seconds.

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Mushrooms and Pears

1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 cup mushrooms, quartered
1 pear, cored and cut into pieces
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 tsp ground thyme
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
2 tsp ginger, minced
3 tbsp of olive oil
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line a medium sized baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with olive oil.  Toss the Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, pear, onions, thyme, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Roast until the Brussels sprouts are tender and browned, about 30 – 40 minutes.
